This is a size medium. It does not offer a cup size or any measurements.
I bought it on Amazon and just held it up and realized it would not fit me.
This would fit a woman with a small bust.
The bra is an open cup so it's not meant for support.
I can't not supply measurements at the time and fear they will be only estimates so please don't ask.

The garter connectors are included and you'll need to buy white thigh highs to complete your look.
