not sure of all the letters but here is what i think they are-- tves on one side of the head on the front and on the other side of the head is -- d or p? etrvs. i ks or hks on the back in a circlr.very hard for me to see, sorry!

I can't tell from the pics that it is a book? It looks like an empty metal case. Is it an actual book with pages, and what type of material are we looking at?

it is not a book, it s made to look like a book. it is a empty metal case made to look like a book. someone said it was for beds to make rosary necklaces???? I don't know what it was for sure.
