Very popular style, multicolored strapless dress..has eleastic stretch on top and below the bust for comfort. Very lightweight, breezy,and comfortable. Can easily be worn on many occasions! With a light sweater, flip flops, adorable with some cowboy boots, or dressy with heels! Very versatile and trendy! Has dreamy color palette, and a flattering fit. This is new, hanging in my closet but never worn. The bottom is somewhat sheer with a white lining underneath. This dress moves very nicely on the body.
I cannot be responsible for how it will fit you, I cannot possibly know how your body or bust will fit or look. So please take time to look over the measurements, if you do not and its too big or small, im sorry, but I have provided exact measurements to help you and thats all I can humanly do.

Its new and has tags. All my items are also packed with dryer sheets and febreezed because i have pets. :)

Let me say that, i have cats, their hair travels no matter what i do. Since i love them, i tolerate it, but in case your allergic im relating this info. I also buy off ebay all the time, so i technically cannot garuntee their former home and do not know the background. But i personally dont smoke. However, i febreeze, clean, and send with dryer sheets always. I havent ever had a bad feedback about smells in my over 500 positive feedbacks. I hope this helps you decide. I just cant garuntee its background. I dont notice anything, but you may be sensative.
