This is encased in about 3 by 1 inch heavy plastic. I do not know a thing about it. It was given to my grandson 4 or 5 years ago. No we never tried to crack it open. It's a neat looking piece. Could be used maybe as a paper weight. Or ideal for collectors of Casino memorabilia. I'm. Not responsible for it once it is out of my hands. No buyers remorse. It may be a real find and maybe not. All it does for me is collect dust. It's a real conversation piece for sure. I follow all listia rules. Thanks and happy bidding.
