Poison Ivy: Drew Barrymore stars as Ivy, a new girl in town. She befriends Sylvie (Sara Gilbert). Sylvie is shy, geeky, and doesn't have many friends, so she is happy that Ivy is showing her some attention. Sylvie invites Ivy over to her house. There, she meets Sylvie's parents, Daryl Cooper (Tom Skerritt) and his wife Georgie Cooper (Cheryl Ladd). Daryl is the manager of the local television station, while Georgie is suffering from emphysema. Georgie rarely comes out of her room and often thinks of suicide by jumping from the bedroom ledge. Georgie's mood seems to improve after meeting Ivy, and soon, Ivy is spending most of her time at the Cooper's home.

Poison Ivy II:Lily (Alyssa Milano), a sheltered Midwesterner, arrives in Los Angeles to attend art school. In the large apartment she shares with several others, she discovers a diary detailing the sexual misadventures of a girl named Ivy, and decides to transform herself into the girl's image. First, she seduces her housemate Gredin (Johnathon Schaech), and then her married professor, Donald (Xander Berkeley). Lust turns to obsession, which soon gives rise to violence.

Poison Ivy The New Seduction: Ivy's sister, Violet, comes to visit the Greer residence in this third installment of the franchise. It does not take long for the family to be turned upside down as Violet uses her body and skills of manipulation to throw the household into a state of panic and deceit.
The DVD plays well.
