What does it mean by exact for postage elsewhere In the world cause I'm in the uk?

International shipping (I'm in the US) can get pretty expensive sometimes, not really worth it for me to sell an item for what amounts to a few coins and spend a few bills shipping it. That said, it probably won't be much for a single card and if it is low enough, I wouldn't even worry about it. But it has been about twenty years since I did much international shipping, so I wanted to cover myself. So to actually answer your question, if you bid and win, I would ask you to cover shipping if it was much more than it would cost to ship it down the road.
