8.5" Spatula

The base / flipper is 3"
The handle is 5.5" (.5" Stainless Steel & 5" Wood)

A very handsome spatula with a beveled front edge to help with stuck on messes!

Not so much for an outdoor grill, with the rather short (5.6") handle, but great for indoor cooking! And fantastic for removing sticky cookies and such from pans and cookie sheets!

I wouldn't recommend using this on non-stick surfaces, because it might scratch the surface unless you use it completely flat to the pan.
