The binder is a thick 3" INCH wide binder, with three metal rings.
From 70's-80's era. Binder metal shows a little rust, but nothing major. Item is clean & in great shape, the binder is as true as it was when it was made. I cannot find a brand name as of yet, but I will keep you all posted.
