Is this brand new and sealed in plastic still? Just wondering... Because the case looks a little beat up in the pictures.

When I say it's new, it is new, I would have stated in the description if it was used. You can check out my feedback and ask anyone who has won one of my auctions about how I deal with others. The slip cover has some wear, but the dvds under the slip cover are sealed in plastic unopened.
