I can only give you the instructions as it is on the pack hun, I've never opened them and use them, but you pull the roller apart and wrap a section of hair around it like a regular roller, and snap it back, these rollers has circular spaces in them, and it's round and bendy, put plastic, but not a hard hard plastic, once its dried or in the hair foe a couple hours your hair comes out curly!! I hope I have you the best description possible sweetie.
