You don't have to diet or exercise all you have to do is do your daily routines that usually do everyday work and possibly cleaning your house and just moving around on a day-to-day basis it works even when your sleep

It helps you to control your eating as far as it shrinks your stomach down to the bare minimum to where you will not want to eat as much as you usually do with it on it also helps when you go to sleep as well by losing inches off of your waistline and also shrinking your stomach while as well

I used to have one of these and wore it during my workouts and lost 57 pounds in less then a year. In fact I had two but both have them have been used a lot and I could use a new one of a 3x or 4x. I did gain my weight back, but that's because I quit smoking recently. I need to get back on track now, lol

You can lose weight by exercising or just moving on a day-to-day basis from your work or at home it even works when you're going to sleep what it does is it makes you lose inches off of your waistline and also helps you to control your eating habits even when you don't even pay attention to it because by being tight around your waist and Contracting you're stomach to shrink it also helps you to not eat much as you usually do without it
