This includes the actual phone, a USB charging cable, and a case.

This iPhone works great and has been reset to factory settings on iOS 8. The only issue that I've had with it is sometimes the top button (snooze) doesn't work, so you need to turn on assistive touch to snooze the phone sometimes. But everything else works flawlessly (making/receiving calls, connecting to wifi, apps, screen, etc.)

Cosmetically the iPhone is in near-perfect condition. It has very minor scruffs on the sides and very minor, almost unnoticeable scratches on the front, none on the back. NO MAJOR SCRATCHES AND NO CRACKS AT ALL!

SHIPPING IS FREE IF GIN IS USED!

In the event that the GIN is not used, buyer is expected to pay shipping cost in a timely manner. Payment will only be accepted through PayPal. In the event that the buyer does not pay the shipping cost, the item will not be delivered and credits will not be refunded. Shipping is $10 for the US.

Yes, and yes - it would need to be unlocked though through some kind of third party (it is something you can do for about $10)

I don't think it needs to be - it fits the criteria for either category and considering that it is in fact an mp3 player, and some wouldn't use it as a phone, it is more appropriately placed in the Electronics category.

Hi, I totally understand.

So the button is jammed - I don't know if there is a way to unjam it (maybe check Youtube?). The phone still functions great, and you can still do everything that you would be able to do had the button not been jammed by using assistive touch (if you look at the photos of the screen when it's on, it's the little gray square - when you tap on that it gives you bunch of controls like screenshots, power, siri, etc.)

If you check on eBay, for the most part they are all priced around $90 and a lot of the 4s model phones experienced this problem (so even if you buy one that doesn't yet have it, chances are it will have the problem in the future).
