From the USSR: This stamp celebrates the 96th Anniversary of the Birth of Vladimir Lenin. It was released 04/22/1966 and is in perfect condition. It is hinged at this time. . This stamp was designed by S. Pomansky. Perf: is 11-3/4 x 11-1/2. Stamp is 37 x 52 mm in size. Photogravure Printing. This stamp has an iridescent glow to it and is almost 3-D. MI # SU3185. Great value for a few credits! Don't let this one pass you by. I added the second stamp which is a green background. These are wonderful stamps and a great additional to a collection. L519
