This is a used Hello Kitty watch and the battery does need to be changed. This has been just sitting in my jewelry curio for quite some time, but is still wearable and its still cute. It is about 9 inches long so it is for maybe a small wrist, but it does have the holes so you can adjust it to your size. Feel free to ask any questions.
