There are many others with this same card on here, and a moderator has stated it is OKAY and following the rules. The card does not state a minimum purchase requirement, therefore it is following the rules. thanks though

but you can not stack them that is a restriction that isnt aloud they took off one of mine it stated no minimum purchase to but you couldnt stack them

The 'stacking' restriction is from VS themselves. It is a valid $10.00 FREE 'gift card/coupon' - you still have plenty of choices in the store.
