"Yoga & You" -- a very nice boxed set that contains a 128-page book, a 76-minute DVD and a yoga belt. Perfect for the new yoga student. Although it has been opened, it has NEVER been used, so it's in new, gift-giving condition. Smoke and pet-free home.

I'll be happy to pay the postage (media mail) but I can ship ONLY to US addresses (which MUST be provided via the Listia system, not via email.) It may take me 2-3 days to get to the post office with this. I cannot guarantee that it will arrive by Christmas. If you want me to mail it via priority mail, I can do so but will have to charge $4.95, payable via paypal.
