I ship within 1-3 days after auction end. I use the "sent" button and feedback to let you know your item has shipped. I do not email each individual for acknowledgment of shipping; I have too many auctions to do so.

Per Listia rules you may want to read & update yr auction. Listia encourages confirmation of shipping not required but if get lost they will give back credits. Also it is the listers responsibility to pack and make sure item gets to winner. I just read the rules so you may want to go there and read them also. I understand what you mean but without Listia enforcing these rules alot of people would get scamed. I also put a confirmation cuz its only .70 and it keeps me sane and if it doesnt show up then the post office is responsibile. Not sure if they have to replace it, that is something to look into. Im sure they would prob tell us to put insurance on it which Listia suggests also in the event it never gets delivared.

Thanks for the advice. I ship from home so I can't do delivery confirmation. Post office doesn't replace items lost with delivery confirmation. The postman actually scans them as delivered at his/her truck, so if it's delivered then there is no way to prove it. Most people don't know that even insurance is not honored if you don't have a receipt for the item.
Listia won't refund credits for items damanged or lost if you can show you mailed it. Thanks again.
