Description

The listing, Golden Pascal Celery Seeds has ended.

This auction is for 25 celery seeds, the variety is: Golden Pascal. These tasty, tender and stringless stalks are a huge improvement over the celery you get at the big box stores. A large celery, these take around 125 days to harvest.

These seeds are saved from items out of my own garden. Everything I grow is grown naturally without any chemicals.

I've been growing vegetables for over 15 years now and saving my own seed for almost as long. There is no fear of cross-pollination from any of my varieties as I only save seed from the fruits of flowers that were bagged and hand pollinated to avoid cross-pollination.

If you win more than one of my auctions, wait to check out until I send you an invoice with combined shipping. Shipping will be exact cost. Seeds are wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them from being crushed in mail sorting machines.

I WILL accept a sase (self addressed stamped envelope) in place of the shipping costs. Keep in mind, I usually ship in bubble wrap to ensure the seeds are not crushed in mail sorting machines. You can either enclose bubble wrap with your sase, drop a quarter in the envelope, or I'll just ship them without bubble wrap... It is up to you. :-)

The image is not from my garden.
Questions & Comments

Melody,

I have no paypal account & do not wish one. I am however interested in the celery seeds. Is it possible should I bid on them & win to send you postage stamps in the amount of shipping plus for your trouble?

Thank you,
Joe Rubin

Hello :-)
Sorry for the delay Joe ~ yes, I'll take an sase in place of the shipping costs. :-)

Pearltree ~ Yes, you would be the same as me. I normally start mine between early December and late January to ensure that they receive enough cool weather. It is sensitive to watering oddities, and grows best with frequent watering due to its shallow roots. You can either harvest the stalks as they grow, or you can wait and cut the whole thing at once.
