It is used. It does not have the remote but I am sure you can get one for cheap. Try Discount Electronics.

Hi, it is used. It works fine but we are downgrading and eliminating a lot of household items that we do not need. It does not have the remote but I am sure you can order one or maybe just use a universal remote control. It does have the cables and it is in good condition.

Sometime yes and sometime no just depending on what format you burn the DVD in.

It does sometimes and other times it does not. I think as long as you burn the dvd's in the correct format it will play them.
