This is just stunning! I have heard of the white turquoise but this is the first I've seen. I do not want to sound rude so please do not take this that way, but how would I know 100% that this is real white turquoise and not just something that looks like it? Do you provide a certificate of authenticity or something like that? I really, really like this and would love to max out the bids, if I can be sure it's the real thing. Sorry to be a doubter but I have been taken more times than I care to admit and I don't mind paying for the real thing when I can get it. Thanks so very much and have a great evening :-)

Hi realtreeswwh, I emailed the supplier I received it from with a photo after your inquiry and he did have it posted as white turquoise when I got it, but when he looked at it he said it was Howlite and not White Turquoise. he apologized for the mistake. I have never seen White turquoise so I just went by what was told to me so I listed as White turquoise. The look similar from what I understand. So I will be changing the listing because I do not want to advertise something that is not correct. Thank you for your comment. Otherwise I not have checked. Thanks again

Thank you for checking on this. Your honesty is really refreshin . This is a very beautiful piece, whatever it is. I love the way the extra stones are added around the side.I went and did some research of my own after seeing this and there is a real turquoise that is white. It is called white buffalo turquoise after the legend of White Buffalo Woman. I even found some on that selling site _____ay,from New Mexico and it's even made by a Yazzie. I would guess they are desendants of the famous Yazzie that have made so much Navajo jewelry or have adopted the name so as to better sell their work. Anyway while the pieces I looked at weren't cheap they weren't crazy high either and to me one was just as beautiful as the other. So I guess it comes down to whether or not a person wants to pay more for something the regular person can't tell from a nice imitation. Kinda like big time registered dogs and regular unpapered purebreed dogs.One can enter a big prize show but has cross-eyed pups and the other can out work it and has perfect pups.Money can't bug everything and sometimes you wouldn't want it to. I am definitely watching this and if I can fan you I most certainly will.Thanks again for your time and effort. Definitely the kind of person I wwant to work with. Have a great evening

You are more than welcome. I just looked up the white buffalo turquoise. Real pretty. I never heard of it but it is expensive.
