This is an auction for two Battlefield Heroes Exclusive Beta Rewards Medals (one for each side). If you don't know what Battlefield Heroes is, its a free online FPS game by EA released in 2009. Read more about the game at http://www.battlefieldheroes.com.

I've had this email sitting in my inbox for a long time. I no longer play the game and I don't plan on ever using the codes. I will forward the email to the winner of the auction. The codes are still redeemable and unused. Happy bidding!

Nope. I don't think they do expire, at least not for awhile yet. I just tested them the other day and it gave me the option to apply it to a character. The codes don't actually "redeem" until it is applied to one of your characters.

well,the codes are disabled since some month but there is still a little chance to get them on your account if you are able to handle customer support :)

What do you mean by disabled? Here is what I get when I try to redeem the codes:

"No valid Heroes available!

You need at least one hero with the correct prerequisites to purchase . To see what prerequisites the hero you need to create should have look in the box to the right.

Items:

National Heroic Beta Medals
Lasts forever

Your hero has to meet at least one of the following requirements

* A National Commando.
* A National Soldier.
* A National Gunner."

Since I don't have any heroes (I deleted mine) the codes won't "redeem". I think if the codes were expired you wouldn't be able get anything like this at all but something like "The code you have entered has expired".

as far as i know you get this error after redeeming "Validation failed, INVALID_PRODUCT_CONFIGURATION.". cause they changed something and customer support tell us since month "we are working on it"
some people get their medal over the webchat,some dont.
i just wanna try it myself :)

Oh, so you get the error message after applying it to your hero then? I guess the codes will be as is and if there's trouble with the site then you'll have to work it out with BF Heroes customer support. Good luck!

to be honest,ea just failed again! they are greedy as usual and thought...well closed beta is gone,you had enough time to redeem...why should we wait till every open beta player find an closed beta medal? lets just disable it *greedy smile* and make it look like an bug we cant fix...
i had so many problems with some items...they already know me @ customer support ;)
