you dont really need the ear piece. it just makes it comfortable on your ear but you do need a battery.

Well you got to go through the pain to install the battery and try to get the ear peice that is going to cost a lot.

haha i have never seen that before.there might be somebody out the who has an extra battery for this. they wont have to pay for anything. now what about all them iPods people put up that have a cracked screen. people have to pay for that now don't they. so don't come on my auction and tell me what i can and cant do.

The little foam ear piece and battery is cheaper than a NEW headset.

50$ NEW, 30$ USED, and needs a 5$ battery and a 1-2$ foam piece? Let's see what way makes more sense?

If you can't afford to fix it, then don't buy it. I can tell you though I'm going to watch this ad and might get it myself to just turn it after spending a few bucks to fix.

One question, if you plug it in to the charger does it show it's trying to charge? Should even with a bad Batt.

well when i got it the battery was took out of the headset. it is still in there but just unplugged.
