Hi and welcome back! This is a really fun blouse!! It is almost a "bat wing" type of sleeve as it is fitted at the 3/4 length sleeve but roomy at the armpit. There is a cute "key-hole" detail at the back of the neckline. Made by One Step Up it is a cotton blend with lots of stretch to it. The waist measures 16" across right below the bust-line and it is 26" shoulder to hem.

3) This is a pet friendly/smoke free home. I do sometimes get items from other shops and such, so I always wash them if possible prior to shipping. I can not be held responsible and always recommend the buyer cleans the items to their own satisfaction.
