The listing, **Gorgeous Amethyst (?) 14k ring** 100% real:- size 4 has ended.

This is a gorgeous ring. It used to be larger but i sized it down to a 4 and now its too small. (idiot - lol). Anyway - now its up for grabs for my listia friends for christmas. The setting on this ring is exceptional. Nice and solid. I THINK the gem is an amethyst - but i cant be sure. I had asked the jeweler when i had it sized - a while ago- and im pretty sure he told my amethyst - but i dont want to be quoted on that. Either way - its a real gem, as is the gold. Total weight of the ring is 3.1 grams.

This has been worn, but its still exceptional. Would be a great gift for xmas. I'll polish this up real nice before i ship. The purple is real nice and dark.

There is a 14k and some sort of hallmark that i dont understand. looks more like fancy letters or a picture of some kind

a 5 might be tight - but its easily sizable. it used to be a 5 - but i sized it down to a 4 for my pinky and i should have done a 4 1/2. - so i can get it on my pinky but its tough getting it off.

It is gorgeous. My younger daughter's birthstone is amethyst. It looks like one to me too, but I don't know enough about gemstones to say for sure. Watching, and probably taking a chance at this beauty too.
