The listing, Old Navy $5 Reward Certificate 4 day auction!! has ended.

I won this Old Navy certificate here on Listia but after having surgery I will not be able to make it to the store to use the certificate. This code is unused and can be used either instore or online. Will mail actual certificate to winner once auction has ended. Perfect to use for that last minute Christmas gift!!!

On the back it states an Old Navy, Gap, or Banana Republic credit card must be used to redeem this reward, but the previous seller stated she has given them to people before and they have redeemed no problem. This certificate may be combined with one other reward (excluding Gap Inc employee discount). Value of purchase must exceed the value of the reward certificate.

Certificate can be redeemed at Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, or Piperlime. Not valid at Athleta retail stores. Expires at 11:59 pm ET 3/31/12

Very true, but with how invasive the surgery was compared to what they thought, it isn't going to be that easy :(
