Very pretty XL Element brand top. 3/4 length sleeves. The entire top is covered in small sparkling ruffles!! This blouse is like new and is great to dress for the office or church... No rips, stains, or tears.

• I ship for free with tracking to any Listia verified address in the USA.
• I have up to 7 days to send and sometimes it does take that long because I have a full time job and also shipping isn't cheap so I may have to wait til I get paid to ship!
• There may be one or two bad feedbacks on me but it was only because the people weren't patient and couldn't wait the full 7 days. I have never not sent a package
