Like the lister said above, probably a flat rate box will be no more than $ 15.00, but heck !!! You are bidding on a fixable laptop, go for it ! These are over $ 100 on ebay and cl, so why not save your $ and help a listian friend ?

If it's just a Virus a fresh install of the operating System will fix that. Looking at the 450 specs on Gateways site shows it to be a Pentium-M most likely, 256-512Meg SDRAM and who know what size HDD and/or a DC/DVD drive. Have you got any more specs on this to share, it'll certainly help the bidding.

A slight virus...What kind of virus? Does it run slow, not at all?? Is there a power cord, what operating system does it have? Can you take a picture with the computer on so we can see that it works? Thanks.

it means the seller hasnt logged on. so more than likely the seller won't get the laptop so they will be filing a claim to get their points back

If you bid on an item and do not hear from the seller you file a support ticket an you get your credits back unless they can verify with a tracking number that they sent the item.
