Good luck! I enjoy Mary Kay products best part about the mascara is it's quick dry any if you should get it on your skin it flack off without messing up your other makeup!

No it's not water proof
I've not experienced smearing and yes I've used this brand/type before, I've too many! that's why I'm auctioning off don't want it to go to waste.
