This auction is for a $20 Bill Pressed with .999 Gold Leaf.
These banknotes have been handcrafted and manufactured by pressing .999 24K Pure Fine Gold Leaf onto a special thin polycarbonate sheet for stability.

The scans above are of the actual item that you will receive, and are provided for you to determine the condition and/or grade of it.
I am no longer accepting GIN offers for my auctions, everyone now gets a shot at bidding.
The winner will receive this via FREE SHIPPING W/Tracking.

Now that the holidays are over with, the Post Office has been doing a better job of getting packages to their destination in a timely manner, but not all of them. Some are still taking up to a week (or more) for no special or evident reason.
Just let it be known that all items will be sent the next available day after end of auction, for I actually go to the Post Office and pay the Postage and Tracking in person so that you will receive your item as soon as possible. I also check all Tracking numbers daily and will keep you informed of anything that is out of the ordinary.

is this a real $20. bill pressed with a sheet of gold leaf or a sheet of gold leaf pressed into an image of a twenty dollar bill? your description of it doesn't give a lot of info, I think thats why bids are low? best thoughts, always!

the bids are low probably because o a couple of reasons... it is not in the last couple of hours and there is another listed that has a COA included.
the description does answer your question though, and I am sure you are asking if there is a $20 bill under the Gold Leaf. There is not.

I know that those bills I picked up here on Listia quite a while ago and since I am going through my paper currency to clean it up and out those were easily some of the things that others will appreciate much more than I do.
I picked up a couple of large collections 2 weeks ago and am trying to get rid of a lot of the excess up front. I will be listing many items over and above the paper currency in the next couple of weeks, but the long 4th of July weekend especially, will have some great looking items that I know everybody will like. good luck and I hope to be sending a few things your way.
