This is sad. I had a stroke and have done all I can to let everyone know. I was in the hospital - of course. I have asked Listia to help me remove things from auction but have heard nothing from them. What more can I do? I did not refuse to ship anything! I can NOT do it. I am now bedridden. The weeks preceeding this, I had a daughter and sister die in a terrible car accident. You are saying BEWARE BEWARE and BEWARE without a heart or soul of care for another person. WRONG WRONG WRONG.

You should let everyone know instead of doing this to them. You are obviously capable of getting on Listia and responding to comments. You could have updated this auction and all of your other auctions to let people know these things. Instead you are choosing to leave everyone in the dark and hold their credits until they can get them back after a certain period. Those last 2 feedbacks that were left for you attest to that fact. I feel for you, but you should either honor your obligations and have a friend mail these items for you or let people know not to bid because you won't be sending the items. Do the right thing.

I am so confused! I read all of you feedback. You said to one person that your sister slipped getting into the car and you told another person that your daughter and sister were killed in a car accident and then you told another person that the P.O. was out of packaging and that's why you couldn't send them their item. I really feel sorry to the 56 people that are dealing with you right now trying to get their credits back. Not everyone is an honest person and it just sounds to me like a lot of stories don't add up.
