The listing, Sri Lanka New Year Postage Stamp Under Glass Handmade Necklace by PamReily has ended.

This necklace started out as a postage stamp from Sri Lanka celebrating the New Year. I sealed it to the bottom of the glass, added a layer of black paper, sealed and varnished the back, and added a tibetan silver finish bail. The black waxed cord is 18" long with a 2" extender chain and a lobster clasp. The pendant measures 1 1/8" wide (about 28mm) and 4mm thick.
