I soooo tried to make this one work for me-but alas my long torso ruined it for me again :( . It is a size Medium, regular fit/length. So any normal person shouldn't have issue with the length. 100% Polyester. Made in China. By Kim Rogers Signature Collection.

Had I not worn it half the day I did, I'd list this new with tags! Very nice over a black, red, white, or beige/nude color top; as this is RICH in color! Flows nicely down from the waist, in a "cinching" appearance! It is pleated, and should be line dried, not ironed. The sleeves are sort of cap sleeve, yes.

No rips/holes/stains/tears/loose threads/holes/pills/etc.

Work appropriate/ Happy Hour appropriate/ Day to Night this top is GREAT!
