I really don't know might try googling it , I'm in West tx and we get cold weather and a little snow mine is 2 years old

PureSong you would probably need to grow it in a pot. Our weather is probably not conducive to growing it unless you have a very sheltered area where you can protect it further with mulch and maybe a burlap wrap. While it is small an oversized rose cone might take care of it as well.
