Baby Girl Dressy Dress
Golden yellow color, small rosette at collar, beading at bodice/waist
flared hem, is lined with cotton lining
There is some piling on top of dress, barely noticed till now!
Easily removed with a piling tool.

I would say this is an ankle length dress, unless you have a tall girl!
