definitely think it would fit a 12 yr old...i got it at hot topic which doesnt have children sizes (at least from what I remember)

Thanks for answering and please don't take it personally. When someone says it runs big or small I always ask because I've bought several items on here out of the ADULT categories that ended up being teen or child size. My daughters have gotten several cute tops that were intended for myself lol. So to avoid disputes and returns it's just become a habit to ask. Thanks again for the response I'll definately be bidding on this as the time ticks down.
