These SZ 14 fully lined capris have a luxurious fabric with a wonderful drape. I had intended to wear them in warmer weather, but by then I had already lost weight so they were too big. I was both happy and sad, haha. I had them drycleaned and hope someone else will enjoy them as much as i had hoped too.

Is this elastic waist?

It does not have elastic. I will add two photos that show the closure up close. It has the interior waistband button, two slide-in hooks on outside of waistband, and zipper. I love the wider waistband these have. The shiny circles on each side are snaps but serve no purpose other than adding a little bling.
