Yes they are a part of the mini figure set. Lego is completely sold out. Check their web site. They don't know when or if they are going to make more.

yeah, once there are sold out, it is a 50-50 chance they won't make them again. Grab what you can. The Alice in Wonderland figures are hard to get.
