I try to get items in the mail the day after the auction ends but sometimes things come up and it takes me a couple days. I always get them shipped before the seven days are up though so don't panic if your item has not already made it to you by the end of those seven days.
I do not use tracking numbers because they cost too much and most people are honest. If you say you don't receive it I will only refund the credits if it makes it back to me. If you have to pay to receive the item I will reimburse you or just mark return to sender and I will correct the problem. I have mailed several of the same item out packaged exactly the same and had some come back for additional postage.
