This is a brown genuine leather Hot Wheels belt made in the USA. It has 5 different Hot Wheels race cars on a race track plus the Hot Wheels logo on it. I have this in two sizes: 19-21" and 20-22" waists, for small boys (or girls?) Winner picks size.

I don't have a size chart, so I don't know. My guess would be that it probably would fit, because they fit waists from 18" to 22", unless he's very thin or overweight. Mattel had little boys in mind when they had these produced.
