This auction is for a pink enamel and CZ studded high heel shoe charm. There is a little loop next to the heel on the back that allows a necklace to pass through so it can be worn.

If you use the GIN on this auction you get the following:
- a pink enamel & CZ high heel shoe charm
- an 18 inch .925 sterling silver snake chain to wear the pendant on
- the red felt bag for presenting your gift and/or storing it

If the GIN is NOT used, the winner gets:
- just the high heel shoe charm

No, you can set a starting bid anywhere from 0 to 100 credits currently.
BUT, if you don't select a custom starting bid your auction will start at 0 by default.
