lol first time ive heard that one the way listia works is lets say you put down 20k on a auction but theres no bids yet then somebody comes in and puts in 15k but since you put down 20k he automatically gets outbid and it will now say 15k on the auction in other words you have to bid more then what the other person has set up as thier max bids in order to beat them
