How neat, what is it made out of?

some type of hard plastic and the house comes apart

it is made of a hard plastic i would say. there are 5 rooms with two on the side they all come apart and the roofs come off .each piece is light but together a little heavier but i dont think it will weigh that much ill try to find out ty hope u bid

What height/width are the rooms?

the room single is 10high by 10 wide when u stack it is 20 high hope that helps
