I bought both of these and my little one grew so fast she never got to wear them. The dress is made of a soft jean material and is the cutest thing ever, w/its red bow and gold buttons, it has red glittery roses on the top half and the bottom half of the dress. It is from Carters and I paid $20 for it, still has the price tag on it and the shoes I got from Babies R Us and I got them on sale and only paid $2 for them. I thought that was a steel, I put them away when my lil one was in a size 3 and took them out just now and my little one is already wearing a size 6. I'm so very bummed since they are both so adorable. The winner will be very happy Smoke free pet free home
