I got out my jewelers loup so i sould see, and it says on the back
of metal where the chain goes thru 18 kgp gold plated, but it looks silver color, it could be white gold plated. it would only be the heart and the part the chain goes thru. the chain is silver color, it kind of has little beads, it is very fine, light chain.very pretty. hope that is what you need to know. thanks spirit3

I think it a real sapphire, but they use lot of lab creative one's these days and you really can't tell by looking st them,it is in a
real silver setting.i believe it is marked on metal above the stone.
