This ring is gorgeous if you like big rings. This sterling ring has beautiful sides with flowers and cutouts all around. It is a high profile sitting ring. The topaz sits 1/2 inch above the finger. The cutouts around the ring allow light to go under the stone for more sparkle.

The blue topaz is 11/16x1/2 inches big.

When I purchased this ring it was labeled genuine topaz and sterling silver. Other than that I don't know. I have never taken it to a jeweler.
