I am on Dogwood, also off of 19/23. Dogwood is the rd with Bojangles near the corner, across from 151. I am watching and will bid nearer the end. :-)

What a small world, where abouts in Candler do you live? I live off Fremont which is off 19/23 heading West.
Its not hard to find if you bid and win and it would save time and money if you and I met or whatevever for a pick-up.
