This is new without tags. I don't know how to explain this shirt. It is super cute. I love the back were it's cut out. When my mom gave it to me she said she bought it but really didn't have a place to wear it. Her tops aren't cheap even used they are not cheap as I noticed when I looked it up. Thank you for checking this out.

Yes it is silver and white. And I'm with ya with the back, it is Different. I have never tried it on to see where the holes would be. Or how it would even look on. It is a beautiful blouse but yes the back is like WHY???

18 armpit to armpit. And length was 24 shoulder to bottom. The back part has a slight stretch, but the front has no stretch...
