Can this be an indoor plant how do you take care of it that looks like it is a succulent varieties does it get full sun little water?F&w

here in pa I keep it in during winter so its mainly an indoor plant I do not know what they can take temp wise, they need a gritty soil soil mixed with pumice or perlite I water mine once a week in summer if they are dry and not very much in winter clay pots help and bottom watering
