Mesh type necklace with Matching (Pierced) Earrings

This necklace is on a mesh cord.There are thirteen silver colored rings that are in the front when you wear it.The rings move around on the cord.The rings have a sparkle to them.Very pretty necklace.The necklace measures sixteen inches but it has a three inch extender.
