Does the cradle charge it(if battery qwere good) and then you use a stylus and hold it in your hand? If so, can you get on the internet with this?

no it don't hold a charge it will stay on while plugged in

Does it turn on at all? Does it have to be on the charger to stay on?

it will stay on while plugeg in its got a plugin on the device not the cradle the cradle plugs into the computer
